California Attorney General Bonta warns veterans about scammers targeting their benefits

CALIFORNIA – California Attorney General Rob Bonta is warning veterans across the state of scams this Veterans Day.

According to Bonta, scammers have been going around targeting veterans, seeking to access their benefits by promising veterans that they can process claims faster or guarantee increases to their benefits.

Bonta says that if any veterans need help on their benefit claims, they can reach out to a Veterans Affairs-accredited representative.
