DESCRIPTION
VeriFacts is the location services leader, supplying national financial institutions with quality location information for over 30 years.

The IT System Administrator position will start at $55,000 – $75,000 and consists of the following functions:

Maintain computer network functionality, system software, application software as well as all configuration and functions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems, and identify hardware or software needed for implementation.
Monitor network performance to determine if current or future changes are required.
Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
Maintain logs related to network functions as well as maintenance and repair records.
Tier 2 technical support for end users.
Train employees on how to use computer systems, MS Office 365, and other relevant applications.
Document and maintain policies and procedures related to networks, software, applications, and hardware.

Required Skills:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The ability to take ownership of all IT related issues.
Computer troubleshooting and network administration knowledge.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, routers, switches, operating systems, and data flow designs.
Technical Skills including JavaScript, Java, VBScript, SQL, SSIS, HTML 4.0, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, AJAX/JScript, C# (CSharp), IIS7.
Ability to create and manage automated tasks.
Exceptional customer and interpersonal communications are required.
